Allow customization of the captcha message#558

Currently, the captcha verification message shown to new members is fixed and cannot be edited by server admins.

It would be great to allow server owners to customize this message to better fit their server’s tone, branding, and specific instructions (e.g., mentioning rules before verifying).

This would improve the overall experience for both admins and new members.
